Domestic low-cost carrier SpiceJet has launched a three-day "super sale" in which tickets will be available at 50 per cent discount. The discounted fares will be applicable on tickets purchased between January 21 and 23, 2014, the company said.The sale is valid for travel up to April 15, 2014 and the discount would be applicable for only those flights where the booking is done at least 30 days prior to travel, SpiceJet added.
The discount will be applicable on the base fare and fuel surcharge, but passengers will have to pay all applicable taxes, the company said.
As of 09.40 a.m., shares in the company traded 1.15 per cent higher at Rs. 17.65 on the BSE, outperforming the broader Sensex, which traded 0.34 per cent higher.
